4 Categories of Reminders
- Thickness Notice
① Plastic bag thickness is measured in microns, the hand-feel difference is negligible. We do not accept orders with vague descriptions such as “roughly fine, a little thin, just usable”. Physical samples or exact thickness parameters are required.
② Once thickness is confirmed, returns based on subjective feeling like “thinner than expected” will not be accepted.
- Color Notice
① To match printed colors with your expectation, physical color samples are recommended. Our technicians will manually adjust ink to minimize chromatic aberration, minor color difference is acceptable.
② Digital drafts and screen previews vary across monitors, printed finished products cannot be 100% identical to screen images. Minor color difference is unavoidable. Please understand, we do not accept returns due to subjective dissatisfaction with color difference.
- Shipping Notice
Custom bags are usually heavy bulk goods, shipped by freight logistics by default (express delivery has high fees) unless special requests are made. For urgent small orders, express delivery can be arranged after negotiation; bulk cargo will be delivered via logistics.
- Return Policy
① Unconditional returns are supported if the size and thickness of received goods are inconsistent with confirmed order details.
② Returned bags can only be scrapped with extremely high loss cost. Please confirm all demands before placing orders. Returns for subjective reasons such as “thin texture, poor hand-feel, dull color, unattractive shade” are not accepted. Please place orders cautiously if you care about these details.
