Thickness Notice
1 The thickness of plastic bags is measured in microns, and the hand-feel difference is minimal. We do not accept orders with vague descriptions such as “about the same, a little thin, roughly fine, just usable”. Physical samples or accurate thickness parameters are required for orders.
2 Once the thickness is confirmed, returns due to subjective feelings like “thinner than expected” will not be accepted.
Color Notice
1 To make the printed color consistent with your expectation as much as possible, physical color samples are recommended. Our technicians will manually adjust ink colors based on samples to minimize chromatic aberration; slight color difference is acceptable.
2 There are color deviations among different monitors for renderings and design drafts, so the printed finished products cannot be completely identical to the digital pictures. Minor chromatic aberration is unavoidable, please kindly understand. We do not accept returns caused by subjective dissatisfaction with color difference, please place orders cautiously if you are sensitive to color.
Shipping Notice
Custom bags are usually bulky and heavy. We ship goods via freight logistics by default instead of express delivery (express delivery fees are extremely high) unless special requirements are made. For urgent small orders, express delivery can be arranged after communication, while bulk goods will be delivered by logistics.
Return Policy
1 Unconditional returns are available if the size and thickness of received goods are inconsistent with the confirmed order details.
2 Returned bags can only be scrapped, leading to extremely high loss costs. Please confirm all your requirements thoroughly before placing orders. We do not accept returns for subjective reasons such as “thin hand-feel, dull color, unattractive shade”. Please place orders cautiously if you care about these details!
